What we collect
If you join our waitlist or newsletter: your email address. If you place an order: your name, email, delivery address, phone number, and order details. Payment card details are processed securely by our payment providers and never stored by us. Like most websites, our store also collects standard analytics data (device, pages visited) through Shopify.
How we use it
To deliver your orders, send the launch and product emails you signed up for, respond to your messages, and understand how our site is used. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works instantly.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers who make the store run: Shopify (hosting and checkout), our payment providers, our fulfilment partner (name and delivery address, so your order can reach you), and our email platform. We never sell your personal information.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@perli.com.au. We'll respond within a reasonable time. If you have a privacy concern or complaint, contact us at the same address.
