Products and information
Perli is a food product. Always read the label, including the ingredients and allergen statements, before use. Product information on this site is provided for general information and reflects the product as sold; we may update formulations, packaging and pricing over time, and pre-launch information may change before first shipment.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars. Your order is an offer to purchase, accepted when we dispatch the goods. We may cancel and refund any order prior to dispatch, for example where stock or pricing errors occur.
Shipping, returns and your rights
Delivery timeframes and our returns process are set out in our Shipping and Refunds pages. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Perli name, wordmark, packaging design and photography, belongs to Vital Labs Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.
