Most Perli orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. That breaks down as 1 to 3 business days for us to pack and dispatch your order, then 2 to 4 business days in transit. A tracking link lands in your inbox the moment your order ships.
What counts as a business day
Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. An order placed late on a Friday starts its clock the following Monday.
Shipping cost
Rates start at A$4.95 and are calculated at checkout based on where you are. Shipping is free on orders of four packs or more, which is also the point where the pack discount reaches 30%.
Where Perli is made
Perli is an Australian brand, built in Brisbane by Vital Labs Pty Ltd. Our gum is made overseas by our manufacturing partner, and we print that on every pack. We would rather tell you plainly than let a label surprise you later.
Delays
Occasionally a parcel is held up in transit, and that part sits with the carrier rather than with us. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email hello@perli.com.au and we will chase it or make it right.
Missing or damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement.
